steal my comment loop: the exact setup

most people publish content and never look back.

last week i ran a different loop. it wrote my next month of content for me.

the short version went out on linkedin. this is the full setup, so you can run the same thing.

step 1: connect your agent to your accounts (10 min, no code)

you need two things: a blotato account ($29/mo starter, api included on every paid plan) and any ai agent. claude, chatgpt, hermes, whatever you already run.

→ blotato → settings → api → generate api key
→ connect your social accounts in settings (instagram + facebook are what the comment tools cover today)
→ point your agent at the mcp server: https://mcp.blotato.com/mcp with your api key as the auth header
→ your agent now has the tools: publish, list posts, pull analytics, read comments, reply, send dms

no agent? same tools exist as official n8n and make nodes. drag, drop, done.

step 2: run the listening prompt

paste this into your agent:

"find my top performing instagram and facebook posts from the last 2 weeks. pull every comment. drop my own replies and keyword comments. cluster the rest into questions, objections, and requests. rank by how often each one repeats. turn the top 5 into video hooks."

step 3: filter signal from noise

this is where the leverage is. my 103 comments collapsed into 3 objections with three rules:

→ drop anything matching your own cta keyword (~85 of my comments were people typing "system")
→ drop emoji-only comments and your own replies
→ anything 2+ different people said is signal

what was left:

→ "why not just use claude directly?"
→ "where's the proof of millions of views?"
→ "can i run this on other platforms?"

those became 3 scripts in 20 minutes. not 3 weeks of staring at a blank calendar.

step 4: close the loop into leads

this is the part that turns comments into money:

→ someone comments your keyword on a reel
→ blotato's dm automation sends them your link (instagram + facebook)
→ the link is a kit form → double opt-in → they're on your list
→ your welcome sequence gifts them the guide
→ their replies become your next video. and repeat.

see what happened there? your content generates the questions, the funnel captures the askers, and your next video answers them publicly. the loop compounds.

why this works

every comment is someone handing you their real question. most creators answer it in a reply that 3 people read.

when you answer it in the next video instead, three things happen:

→ the person who asked feels heard. they come back, and they bring friends.
→ everyone else with the same question finally gets their answer.
→ you stop guessing what your audience wants. you just know.

do this every week and something compounds. you're not "making content" anymore. you're publicly answering your audience, on record, faster than anyone else in your niche. that's where authority comes from. not from posting more. from listening better than everyone else.

your move this week

1. connect the key (10 min)
2. run the listening prompt on your last 10 posts
3. write one script from the loudest objection
4. end it with a keyword cta that points at a form

your audience is already writing your next post. you just have to read it.

and if you want my agentic way, i highly recommend blotato. it's what i use to publish everywhere and run this whole loop. use code JOON30 for a discount at checkout.

see you in the next one,

marketers spend most of their week making small decisions, not writing. which lead is worth contacting. which message fits that lead. which ad creative to test. is this search term coming from a buyer. is this ad fatiguing. does the landing page match the promise. each one is small. thousands per week makes them expensive. last week i wrote about JEV, the decision model from TypeSafe AI. quick recap: an LLM generates an answer word by word. JEV takes a situation and a fixed list of possible...

hey JEV is insane. it scores your video before you film it, so you know if it's worth making. let me explain. most AI tools write. ChatGPT and Claude generate scripts, hooks, titles, whatever you ask for. JEV is different. it's a new model from TypeSafe AI, and it doesn't write anything. it judges. you give it information plus specific questions. it returns decisions, scores, and confidence your software can use right away. LLMs write. JEV decides. why this matters AI made content cheap....

hey. new long-form video is up. this one solves the most annoying problem in ai video: your character looks different in every shot. the short version: stop generating videos from one random portrait. build two reference files first. one defines who the character is. one defines how the shot looks. then every scene you generate inherits both. i just published the full build: How to Make Consistent AI Characters with GPT Image 2.5 + Seedance. same character across three separate videos....
